IFS Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, collaborative and specific approach that can help you get to know the different “parts” of yourself: the inner critic, the protector, or the more tender, vulnerable sides. By understanding and caring for these parts, you can heal old wounds, feel more at ease with yourself, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
